2014-15 GuitArt Series kicks off with Anthony Newman’s Visit
The FIU GuitArt Series will start the 2014-15 season with internationally renown harpsichordist and composer Anthony Newman's visit between September 30th and October 3rd. Mr. Newman will be giving a lecture-demo on Baroque performance practice and conducting a guitar master class, as well as a duo concert with Mesut Özgen.
The series will continue with the wonderful Uruguayan guitarist Marco Sartor's Recital in the Guitar Forum on October 17th, before the FIUMGO concerts on November 9th and 23rd. Here is the complete events presented in the GuitArt Series:
